Pies

We start our pies with our all-butter crust. We have customers who just want to buy our pie shells! Our fillings are simmered slowly so that the fruit can fully absorb the flavors of the spices. Finally we layer a crust dusted with sugar to bring a nice caramelized touch and place our signature heart on top, because we do bake with love and passion.
